All Sales Are Final

All purchases made at by Ciragan are final sale. Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our pieces, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Each dress is individually crafted by our atelier and made specifically for you — for this reason, we kindly ask that you review all product details, sizing information, and measurements carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors on the customer's part. If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us before ordering at operation.ciragan@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +974 55151011 — we are happy to help you find the right fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order details. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.

Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders

Custom and made-to-measure orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, as these pieces are created exclusively for you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.
