Made to Order

Every by Ciragan piece is thoughtfully crafted on a pre-order basis. Each dress is made by hand in our atelier from the moment your order is confirmed — this means no two pieces are rushed, and every stitch is given the attention it deserves.

Production Time

Please allow 5 to 6 weeks for your order to be made before it is ready for dispatch. This timeframe covers the full handcrafting process — from fabric selection and cutting to embroidery, fitting, and final quality checks.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Dispatch & Delivery

After production is complete, orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Delivery timeframes after dispatch are as follows:

• Qatar — 2 to 4 business days (free shipping)
• Gulf Countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) — 5 to 10 business days
• International — 10 to 20 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs, and courier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. If you have not received tracking details within your expected dispatch window, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
